Session I is designed for individuals with good to moderate mobility.
Class time: 8:15 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.
Session II is designed for individuals who need additional time or instruction (ideal for limited mobility, or if you need to bring an assistant). Also ideal for those individuals who are unable to attend the 8:15 a.m. class for any reason.
Class time: 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Winter 2017: January 7 – March 11
Spring 2017: April 1 – June 10
Summer 2017: June 24 – September 30
Fall 2017: October 7 – December 9

Going north on I-5: Take the Killingsworth exit. Go 0.25 miles and turn right. The building is on the right.
Going south on I-5: Take the Rosa Parks Way exit 304. Go 0.24 miles and turn left on N Rosa Parks Way. Go 0.23 miles and turn right on N. Albina Ave. Go 0.5 miles then turn left onto N Killingsworth St. The building is on the right.
Driving north on MLK: Go north to Killingsworth and turn left (west). Go 0.6 miles to get to 600 North Killingsworth. The building is on the left.
